Shipping Carriers and Materials
All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or GSO.
Weather Considerations
To protect the quality of your wine, we carefully monitor seasonal weather. Extreme heat or cold, particularly during the summer and winter months, can negatively impact wine quality during transit. To safeguard your purchase, we reserve the right to temporarily hold shipments when weather conditions could compromise the wine.
We are also happy to hold your order until temperatures are more suitable for safe shipping. If you’d like us to delay shipment for this reason, please let us know when placing your order, or reach out directly.
Age Requirements
By law, all orders containing alcohol must be placed by someone 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they meet this age requirement as well as the recipient.
Delivery, Redirecting, and Return Policy
By law, all wine shipments require a direct signature upon delivery for persons 21 years or older and/or proof of identification; therefore, it is strongly recommended that a daytime/business address is provided for wine deliveries.
Shipping to Fedex or UPS Store
If shipping to a FedEx or UPS Store, the ship method must be aligned with the corresponding carrier. (i.e. For orders shipping to a UPS Store, the carrier must be UPS. For orders shipping to a FedEx Store/Walgreens, the carrier must be FedEx.
Shipping Timing and Notifications
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we may delay shipments to ensure safe weather and transit conditions. This is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the quality and integrity of your wine.
